Why exercise your penis?

This is a first question you should ask yourself.

If you want to extend the length of your penis, this is actually not a very good idea. Also, I have very bad news for you - all penis enlargement pills and most of the programs are pretty much scam. You can not essentially extend the length of your penis with any of the heavily promoted means. Half of an inch to inch (1.5-2.5 santimeters) is probably the most extention you can get no matter how hard and or how long you exercise your penis. And with pills you will most probably not get anything at all no matter how much money you spent on them.

However I have good news for you too.

Commercial propaganda cries out loud that penis size does matter. And they've got some point. But try to make an experiment if you are bold enough - try asking your open-minded female friends what penis size is good for them. You will see that most of them show you a girth, not a length. And this is pretty much the bottom line - girth and erection strength of the penis is what matters for women, while lenth is not so important (I hope you have at least 4 mere inches) even contrary - too long penis can be painful for many women.

I am no longer young but have firm hard erections (quite a bit firmer than in my 30's) and my penis is significantly larger than it was 15 years ago although that was NOT my target. Unfortunately, I did not measure my penis oringinally but it is aprox one inch longer than when i was a young man. The biggest change however, is in girth. At the base, my penis is about 1.75 inches greater in circumference than it was 4 years ago and an estimated 2.25 bigger than 15 years ago. In addition, my penis is much more 'muscular' looking and better defined and shaped,.....at least, I think so,.. have a look at my pix.

Now think yourself is it worth to exercise your penis or not. I will not talk you in, you have to decide it for yourself. You can get the results if you are persistent, but do not count for a double length increase within two weeks, it's impossible.

Now to how to exercise your penis.

I will not give you all the information here, don't ask. Such an information is being sold by everyone and I do not see any point spilling it all out for free, considering that I also paid for it once. I'm just giving you an outline.

As near as it's possible to tell, the Jelq method, (rhymes with “milk”), was first used by Arabs many hundreds of years ago as part of their ritual culture. Having a large, well developed and masculine penis showed virility and power, which was very appealing to the women. At near the point of puberty, the Arabian boys were shown by their fathers how to Jelq. For up to 30 minutes every day, the young men Jelqed their penis, and continued this traditional exercise into adulthood. Once they reached adulthood, they shortened their Jelq sessions to 2 times every 10 days to maintain their penile strength and size capabilities. Some of the Arab men reached penis sizes of over 10 and 12 inches in length and 7 inches in circumference. Sizes like that are quite large, and all the Arabs did to achive this was to use the Jelq method.

There are two basic variations of the Jelq, we’ll go over each of them in detail below. The basic function of this exercise is to lengthen and thicken the penis. Jelq works by filling your Corpora Cavernosa with more blood than its used to, more blood than you normally get even with a very strong erection. It fills the cells within the Corpora Cavernosa with more blood, causing the area within the penis to be allowed to stretch larger and larger. It’s a lot like working out your body normally, when you work your body in a gym, you break down fibers and fill the membranes and cells with more blood than their used to, then when you sleep, your body begins to rebuild itself, larger and stronger. Jelqing works the same way, by causing the erectile tissue in the penis to be able to hold more and more blood, thus dramatically increasing penis size over time. Cells are repaired at night while sleeping, over time being able to hold more and more blood and growing stronger and stronger. In the span of 6 weeks you will notice a difference in size and firmness of your penis. Within 3-5 months you’ll see massive gains, gains that will change your outlook on your penis and your ability to control its size and thickness. The Jelq should be done nearly every day if possible, to keep your Corpora Cavernosa in great shape. You can however occasionally take a couple days off, but be sure its no more than two (2) days. Before you begin any exercise with the penis you always must warm up properly. The Jelq exercise resembles milking, a lot like milking a cow. Start with a partially erect penis, and grasp the bottom or base of the penis with your forefinger and thumb, like an “OK” sign. In doing this, you art trapping the blood held inside the penis. Be sure to grasp all the way around the penis, so no blood escapes. By taking your thumb and forefinger and squeezing all the way around your penis and sliding it forward slowly, the blood within the penis is forced forward into the Corpora Cavernosa and the Glans (head of the penis) As a child you may have tied a rubber band to your finger or seen others do it, and watched all the blood accumulate in the tip of the finger, turning it red or purple. The concept is much the same here, as blood is forced into the cell spaces inside the penis, each time you milk your hand forward. Because the penis is designed to hold blood almost exclusively, the more blood it can hold translates into larger overall size and thickness. Start with your right hand, (or left) depending on which hand you usually use. In this case we’ll use the right, for explaining purposes. Using the “OK” sign with your forefinger and thumb, starting at the base of your penis, slowly milk down towards the penis head. Just as the right hand milks forward near the head of the penis, grasp the base of the penis with your other (left) hand as you release your right hand that has neared the head of the penis. Begin with the left hand just as you did with the right. This is almost a “Hand over hand” of sorts. This gorges the cells with blood and fills new cells with blood, and once they heal, they will be able to hold more blood. Repeat this “Hand over hand” method, at a slow or semi slow pace, 1 to 2 second intervals each stroke. After really hitting the workout properly for at least 25-30 minutes, your penis will look and hang a quite large, alot like a normal body part after an intense workout. In the beginning, when you first start the Jelq exercises, you may experience small red spots or light bruising on the penis head. This is completely normal so don’t freak out, it will subside within the first 10 days or so of continuous exercise. The reason this happens is because you are stretching the spaces that hold blood inside your penis, enabling them to hold more blood and grow larger. These spaces aren't used to stretching out that far, so there will be slight redness or spots in the first week or two. These spots will subside after the second week or so of excercise. To minimize any slight bruising or red spots, start out the exercise gradually, and slowly work up to where you should be. Remember, your not out to hurt yourself, so take it slow at first, and gradually work your way up, just like exercising any body part. Notice, that the hand is using the thumb and forefinger in the "OK" sign while it moves forward towards the penis head. Also notice that the penis is not fully erect, but that it does have alot of blood in it. You should have around 3/4ths of an erection. This means that there is significant blood in the penis, but it is not fully erect. About 3/4ths of your penis should have blood in it. This is important, as if you have a limp penis and you are simply stretching the penis using the "OK" form with your fingers it will do nothing, and you won't see the benifits and gains. It's important to push blood forward, and towards the penis head. Be gentle but use a bit of pressure. You'll notice a purple or red color to the penis head at the end of each stroke.

WARNING: do not practice this only exercise without warm-up, you may cause damage to your penis.
